Website Care is for businesses and organisations with a WordPress website who want someone looking after its ongoing maintenance. Whether we built your website or another provider did, we’ll review the setup and recommend a suitable plan.

What does Website Care include?
Website Care includes WordPress, plugin and theme updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, performance checks, and website email delivery monitoring to help ensure enquiry notifications are sent successfully. You’ll also receive a monthly report showing the work carried out and key website health information.
What’s the difference between Website Care and Website Care+?
Website Care is $99/month and covers ongoing technical maintenance and monitoring. Website Care+ is $179/month and includes everything in Website Care, plus up to 30 minutes of website and content changes each month and priority support. Unused time does not roll over.
What kinds of changes are included with Website Care+?
Your included time can be used for small changes such as updating text, replacing images or changing contact details. Larger changes, new pages or work beyond your included time are quoted separately, with approval before proceeding.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Yes. We’ll review your WordPress website first to check its condition and whether it’s suitable for ongoing care. If any initial fixes or setup work are needed, we’ll explain these and any associated costs before you join.
Is Website Care the same as hosting?
No. Hosting provides the server space your website needs to be online. Website Care looks after the WordPress software, updates, backups and ongoing monitoring. They cover different needs, and we can help you understand which services your website requires.
What happens if my website goes down or has a security issue?
Monitoring helps us spot problems early, while regular backups and familiarity with your website help us investigate and respond quickly. Depending on the issue, we can restore a backup, resolve a software problem or coordinate with your hosting provider to get things running again. We’ll keep you informed throughout.
Will Website Care prevent every problem?
Regular maintenance helps reduce the risk of problems, but no service can guarantee a website will never go down or experience a security issue. Keeping software updated, monitoring website health and maintaining backups puts your website in a stronger position if something goes wrong.
